What is a Stress?

Stress is the body's reaction to any change that requires an adjustment or response. The body reacts to these changes with physical, mental, and emotional responses. Stress is a normal part of life. You can experience stress from your environment, your body, and your thoughts.

In simple words to say, We may have stress at the time of work pressure in office, at the time of overthinking about someone or on a particular thing & making ourselves stressed in thinking about future and so on. 

You may have tried something or a lot like diverting your mind, skip your thoughts from a thing and more on, but still you feel stressed and goes into depression.
